I will review current market conditions with you so you know what to expect in terms of availability of inventory, how quickly showings should be scheduled, how offers are currently being handled, etc.
You are unique and real-estate needs are too. Real-estate is a multifaceted investment; it can be home or it can just be an investment perhaps a bit of both. Are you selling a home concurrent to buying? Are you wanting a change in investment strategy? Are you relocating? All the particulars of your situation will be reviewed so I can help you in the most proactive manner.
Mortgage Needs Review
If you are getting a loan for your new property, have you met with a lender to determine your home-buying budget? Have you been pre-qualified and pre-approved? If you haven’t met with a lender yet, I can provide you with lenders who can help.
Buyer Consultation and Preparation
There are a number of ways you can find out about new properties: Through the HomeSpotter App, text, and email. You can also search on any number of home search sites. Whatever works best for you.
Once we find properties that fit your criteria, we will schedule a plan for you to see those properties.
Viewing multiple properties can be confusing. I supply you with a home viewing packet that allows you to make notes as you go, keeping everything organized.
Depending on what you are buying, when, your budget, and comfort level, there may be different strategies to employ with the offer. I will review these different strategies with you knowing the ultimate goal is to get you the house you want at the price you are comfortable with.
If you are lucky, your offer will be accepted right away. If not, there may be some back-and-forth negotiations that need to occur. Negotiating is our specialty and we pride ourselves on being strong advocates for our clients.
